12 years ago I bought a VHT pitbull of a haven 't looked back (of course). Anyway, I look like 'the ll be doing more stuff of the band of the bar for the next while. What is currently the best amps for pro / semi pro venues. I just don 't want to pull around my VHT every weekend. Oh, I was just going to go out and get a line 6 flextone 3 but after reading the reviews that looks like it 's the kind of cheap ....? Is there a tube amps combined with the effects?

don’t know if you’re looking for a modeling amp or what, with the effects mention. I do know that I’m REALLY happy with my Randall RM50; part of the MTS Series the company has out, now. You can plug modules into the front of the all-tube 12″ combo, themselves tubes, and model your sound to taste. Each module has the circuitry and corresponding tube(s) to “famous” amps of legend; mine takes two modules. My particular choice is Fender Blackface for the clean, and Marshall Plexi for the drive channel. It has plenty of power; you’ll never tax it in most club settings, and it’s fairly portable. I instantly made mine heavier by removing the Celeston speaker and installing an ElectroVoice – kicks out more air. Beautiful sounding amp, tone-wise. . . really true to the note.
